IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:


Key points to note:

  • Book the Sandalford Shuttle with Buswest from various departure points across Perth and pay just $25 for taking the hassle out of driving to and from the concert.
  • If you decide to drive, your entry point is via the main Sandalford entry located at 3210 West Swan Road, Caversham.
  • Strictly no alcohol can be removed from the venue after the concert accordance in accordance with very strict liquor licencing conditions set by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.
  • If you are driving please allow plenty of extra time to get into the venue before the concert (expect delays as there are also many other activities taking place elsewhere in the Swan Valley on Sunday) and afterwards please exercise patience on departure (it will probably take 40 minutes for guests to leave).
  • Babies under the age of 2 are permitted free of charge without a ticket. Children aged 3-17 must have a valid children’s ticket. A Child may enter the Premium GA area or VIP area so long as accompanied by a Parent with a valid Premium GA or VIP ticket.
  • Have a wonderful time and plenty of fun but please respect your fellow guests and our staff at all times.

BUSWEST BUS SERVICE


Make your experience the best it can possibly be by using the Sandalford Shuttle via Buswest. Buswest will pick up from various locations around the metro area and drop off at Sandalford; and then drop you back after the show. For details and bus bookings CLICK HERE.

Taxi, Limo and Other drop off arrangements

ALL Drops Offs are only possible at the Drop Off Location accessible via the West Swan Road entry. If you do decide to drive to the event, please allow enough time to get to the venue and park you car, and expect delays of between 40-50 minutes in getting into and out of the venue after the show.

VIP Ticketholders

You will have a separate and dedicated parking area and entry to the venue. Entry is off Reid Highway, via the Harris Rd. Please present your VIP ticket on entry to gain access into the entrance. BYO fold up chair or picnic blanket to set up on the concert lawn where you can go and sit to watch the concert. (There is no supplied/reserved seating). You will be able to sit in a dedicated area as well as get access to the area closest to stage for dancing. Remember to come early (entry at 12 noon) and take advantage of the food and beverage package. A Premium table buffet will be served between 1.15pm – 2.15pm. Enjoy complimentary beverages including beer, Sandalford wine, Sandalford sparkling, soft drinks and water from 12noon to 3.45pm. A mouth watering dessert and cheese table buffet will be served with tea and coffee from 2.45pm to 3.45pm. See site map below.

Premium General Admission Ticketholders

Bring your own fold up chair or picnic blanket. (There is no supplied/reserved seating). Remember to take advantage of your early entry at 12 noon. See site map below.

ACROD Access:

ACROD parking is limited so please allow plenty of time to get to the venue in advance to secure a spot. If you hold a disabled parking sticker, your designated parking location is the White House Parking lot. Show your ACROD sticker to traffic marshals when entering the White House Car Park and they will be able to give you a further directions. Please be aware that this is an outdoor venue with undulating hills so it may be necessary to attend the event with assistance.

ASSISTANCE FOR MOBILITY IMPAIRED / WHEELCHAIR PATRONS


Sandalford is predominantly flat grass parkland with some undulating sloped areas. Part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However being accompanied by a carer is recommended.

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lane at the main entrance, accessible toilet facilities, marked pathways to navigate around the concert site and a dedicated viewing area if you wish to utilise it.

On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance. Please email info@zaccariaconcerts.com if you wish to pre arrange assistance or have any further enquiries prior to the event day.

If relevant, please make sure that you bring all of your necessary medical devices with proper documentation. All medication must be properly labeled with the persons holding the medication name on it. There will be a First Aid tent on site attended by medical professionals should you need medial assistance or a private area.

Will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

Box Office:

One box office will be in operation and located near GATE 1.
We are expecting large crowds so to avoid queuing at the venue, patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.

Cloakroom Facilities:

Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.

Children:

Food and Beverages:

Sandalford Estate is a fully catered venue with a range of bar and food options. Free drinking water will be available in the venue and patrons may bring in empty plastic bottles or plastic or foam cups for this purpose. You may bring your own snack food in a small esky or plastic container. You may bring your own SEALED cans or plastic bottles of non alcoholic beverages. You may NOT bring metal cutlery or glass.

First Aid:

First Aid will be in attendance – please approach any of our friendly staff if feeling unwell.

Flasks/Thermoses:

Regular flasks with coffee/tea may be permitted.

Pass Outs:

There will be no pass outs for this event.

Photo ID:

Will be required to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because Sandalford Estate is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take bottles of wine from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas.

Weather:

The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.
